1. The Promoter is European Motor Distributors Limited t/a Audi NZ, NZBN 9429040433325 (“Promoter”) of 1 Nixon St, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021.
2. The Offer is for Eligible Purchasers (as defined in paragraph 6 below) to go in the draw to receive a bespoke Naveya & Sloane ring (Prize), after purchasing an Eligible Vehicle (as set out in the table in paragraph 8) from 1 June 2024 until stocks last (Offer Period).
3. There is only one Prize to be given to one Eligible Purchaser, valued at up to $14,000.00. The Prize also includes 1x free resize, any additional resizes would incur a fee.
4. The Prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.
5. The winner will be contacted via confirmation email.
6. To be an Eligible Purchaser, a customer must:
(i) make an Eligible Purchase in accordance with paragraph 8 below;
(ii) be a New Zealand resident living in New Zealand at the time of the Eligible Purchase; and
(iii) comply with all the terms of their vehicle purchase agreement, including payment of the purchase price in full on or before the due date for payment.
7. Unless the Promoter agrees otherwise, the Offer is deemed to be withdrawn upon the expiry of the Offer Period.
8. The Offer is only available against the Audi Q2 designer’s edition (Eligible Vehicle);

9. An “Eligible Purchase” means the purchase of an Eligible Vehicle that satisfies the following criteria:
a) the Eligible Vehicle must be purchased from an Authorised Audi New Zealand Dealer; and
b) the Eligible Vehicle must be landed stock purchased, paid for in full and registered in the Eligible Purchaser’s name during the Offer Period;

10. MSP does not include On Road Costs.
11. This Offer does not apply to any fleet, rental, corporate or demonstration vehicles.
12. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final and is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence whatsoever will be entered into regarding the Offer.
13. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the offer or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
15. Naveya & Sloane is the owner of the design of the Prize and reserves the right to quote and reproduce this design.
