COVID-19 Trading

Alert Level 2 (All regions excluding Auckland)

All Armstrong’s dealerships outside of Auckland are open to serve our customers via contactless methods for all your sales, service and parts needs as per our regular trading hours. Contact tracing and physical distancing procedures are in place to enable us to continue safely providing our service to you.

If you are unable to visit our dealership test drives and viewings can be arranged to take place at your home or office. Additionally, we can provide you with virtual car tours and over the phone valuation, aftermarket quotes and finance applications, should this be your preference. We also welcome and will do our best to accommodate any requests that would make your experience with us more comfortable.

Alert Level 3 (Auckland only)
Servicing & maintenance

Our service and parts departments are open as per regular trading hours under Alert Level 3 but are operating by appointment only. Contactless vehicle drop-off and collection procedures are in place with all vehicle touchpoints sanitised before being returned. Please contact your local Armstrong’s dealer if you have any questions or simply book your service online here.

Sales

Our new and used vehicle sales departments are open and trading as per regular trading hours under Alert Level 3 but will operate with contact tracing and physical distancing processes in place as entry to our showrooms is not possible during this level. Contactless test drives, purchasing and deliveries are also available and include the full sanitisation of vehicle touchpoints prior to hand over.

If you are unable to visit our dealership, test drives and viewings can be arranged to take place at your home or office. Additionally, we can provide you with virtual car tours and over the phone valuation, aftermarket quotes and finance applications, should this be your preference. You can also shop and reserve online with a refundable $500 deposit across our range of vehicles anytime by clicking here.

Increased sanitisation measures.

We’ve introduced increased cleaning regimes across all areas of our dealerships. Be assured that all our surfaces are being regularly thoroughly sanitized. Alcohol-based sanitiser stations are available at our entry points, reception desks and customer cafe areas.

Minimising staff and social distancing.

During Level 2 & 3 periods a minimum distance of two metres will be maintained at all times during alerts levels to enable direct customer service.
